  • Your tickets have not arrived yet? Check your spam folder first and keep in mind, that your tickets can only be accessed via the link in the confirmation mail. From there you can save your ticket in your smartphone wallet or download it as a PDF.
  • If the event requires your ticket to be personalized, this will be marked with "Requires personalization". You will be able to download your ticket after you completed the personalization process.
