I have the same name on my tickets:

If the event requires your ticket to be personalized, it is marked with the addition "Requires personalization". If personalization is not required, the tickets are valid independently of the name listed on the ticket PDF. If this is the case, the name of the purchaser appears on all tickets.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order or to return tickets. This is stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when purchasing your ticket.

Can I sell or transfer my ticket?

If you want to sell your ticket to someone you don't know, we recommend our partner Ticketswap. Ticketswap automatically changes the information to the new owner, so that you only have to post your ticket for sale on the platform.
